Corporate identity for the European real estate agency

Client:
Estate agency BLAI (Barcelona)

Challenge:
To develop a corporate identity for a European company, which activities include selling and maintenance of residential and commercial property for high-end and low-end segments of the market.

Idea:
When you look out of the plane window as you approach Barcelona, Catalan land looks like ornaments, formed out of blocks of houses and buildings that very much remind of the famous mosaic sculptures and compositions in Park Guell. Nowadays, having visited Spain, many foreigners are dreaming about buying property in Barcelona. BLAI take those dreams out of the sky making them a reality.

Solution:
Sand-coloured, blue, green, turquois colours and brightly recognisable silhouette of the port’s city line and azure Mediterranean Sea – such combinations of visual elements have been created by the Nature itself and city development. This was our inspiration for creating patterns, consisting of geometric figures that can be taken apart and put together like a mosaic. Their colour range of nature tones matches noble gold, which, for example, allows to visually personify a range of services and products of the company. Every employee’s business card carries its own pattern, which underlines individual approach to every client.
