The familiar Central Stadium in Yekaterinburg will no longer exist
The idea proposed by Brandiziac branding agency won the contest for the creative idea, visual design and navigation of the Central Stadium of Yekaterinburg.
The Central Stadium was built in Ekaterinburg in 1957. Since 2006, the stadium has been undergoing a large-scale reconstruction, which should increase its capacity several times and make the stadium suitable for world-class matches. The stadium is a unique sports facility for the Urals. The stadium is being reconstructed by the Sinara Group of Companies.
In July 2011 the Central Stadium will be opened and the first soccer matches will be held there. And in 2018 the stadium will host the FIFA World Cup! The stadium project was recognized as meeting the high requirements of FIFA: security and video surveillance systems, telecommunications, video and sound systems will ensure a high level of service and safety at the Central Stadium.
The customer compared both the presented space design ideas, which were to form the basis of the stadium design, and their visualization. Work is already underway to bring the creative idea to life.
