Task:
To develop a navigation system for the new Aquatics Palace in Yekaterinburg, one of the most important and largest facilities being built for the Universiade 2023.

This navigation system has been developed as part of the design of the entire interior space. As the interior design solution has a bright and clear concept, the navigation only complements it, using smooth lines, white and blue colors, black or dark blue contrasting fonts for better reading of information.

The promdesign of the main media in the common areas has a rather complex in execution, but original plasticity. The most complex and important elements of navigation - suspended circles - perfectly match both the ceilings in the halls of the first floor, creating the feeling of ripples on the water, and other floors, conveying the image of air currents over the surface of the water. At the same time, they perfectly fulfill the role of information carrier, being visible from all four sides in large halls.
