MEGA PARK

Client:
MEGA Ekaterinburg

Task
Produce and install navigation elements in the new park near the MEGA shopping center.

Solution
In the summer of 2018, MEGA Ekaterinburg and Ingka Centres began work on a 13,500 square metre park. The former shopping centre car park has been transformed into a new public space combining eco-style and minimalist Scandinavian design.
The architects' plan for MEGA Park involved the division of the territory into six zones. These included a landscaped square, a children's playground, a sports ground, a cafeteria, a recreation area, and an amphitheatre. To enhance visitor experience, navigation aids were installed, including steles indicating the direction of each zone and stands with the names of each area.
On this occasion, the Brandiziac team was faced with a technical challenge: on the one hand, to manufacture each medium, and on the other, to adapt complex design solutions in the project to the Ural climate.
