We have created a unique graphic style, employing a thoughtful and minimalist industrial design. The wayfinding solution for the area is not only aesthetically pleasing but also reliable, which is particularly crucial for an urban environment.
The street and road totem has been designed in a cohesive style with elements of urban wayfinding, ensuring the district's recognizability. Simultaneously, the totem has showcased its distinctive character.

At the heart of the visual identity of the district is a bird, inspired by elements of the existing logo.
We have transformed it into a warm and inviting symbol that embodies the core values of the project: home, coziness, comfort, and a connection to nature.

Arguably, the most atmospheric image features the bird against the backdrop of a setting sun. Soft lines, signature colors, volumetric elements, and materials incorporating transparent acrylic create a sense of harmony, emphasizing the concept of the district as a place where one longs to arrive and spend the evening in a cozy space, whether alone or with loved ones. It is a place where one desires to awaken with the first rays of the sun and savor every moment.
On the main totem of the district, significant attention has been given to a large three-dimensional map designed in a "friendly" aesthetic. This map facilitates easy navigation throughout the area and is safeguarded by durable anti-vandal glass.
The little bird that flew in and landed on the edge enlivens the space and makes it more playful.
The rules and prohibitions are presented not as strict restrictions, but as friendly guidelines that also support comfort and a pleasant atmosphere.

To make it easier to get around the neighbourhood, we have created a small map of the houses and courtyard, which is located at the entrance areas.

We took a comprehensive approach to the project, creating a design project for navigation systems with the definition of types, planning of information content and creation of layout templates.

Street and road network signs are not just signposts, but an important element of the street environment in the area, connecting the present and future of the neighbourhood. Residents and visitors can see how the surrounding space will develop.
A bird also appeared in the decorative corporate ornament of the street network totem.
